You can help right now wherever you are
We are from different cities. We have different stories. We react differently to the events. But we have come together to persevere. We need support and we ask you for help.

On February 24, we woke up to the terrible sounds of bombing

Even today we live under the howls of regular sirens, limited by curfew, exhausted by the fear of physical destruction.

But we hold on and believe in our victory!
Due to the natural mechanisms of the psyche and social processes, many of our compatriots focused on the immediate response to the aggressor and became an obstacle to the occupation of the country. So now the whole world admires us.
But we do not have a sprint, we have a marathon - a long distance, first to victory, then - to rebuild the country. So we, psychologists, educators, social workers, are concerned today with helping civilians who remain in their jobs, providing the military, supporting refugees.
We have already achieved a lot, but we still have a long way to go
